HELPO Eco Green Company established 2011 as partner organization of HELP-O NGO Sri Lanka. ECO Green Company is profitable company under the 2007 act section 07 of registrar of companies in Sri Lanka. HELP-O NGO awarded 21st IYSH Memorial Fund Award form the Japan. HELPO Eco Green Company is working with following national & international organizations and INGO's in different fields.

CITYNET

CITYNET – (The Regional Network of Local Authorities for the Management of Human Settlements) has committed itself to helping local governments improve the sustainability of human settlements. Starting with 26 members in 1987, CITYNET has grown to become an international organization of more than 100 members in more than 20 countries, most of which are cities and local governments in the Asia-Pacific region. HELP-O NGO got the membership of the CITYNET in 1996. With the support of CITYNET we could able to implement many programs and many of our staff trained from their programs.

Sri Lanka Nature Forum – SLNF

SLNF is registered under the Social welfare act of the Sri Lank in 2007. Mostly SLNF works for provide the assistance to their members through the capacity building and mainly they coordinate the works for member’s organization. SLNF linked with the UNDP /SGP /GEF Program. HELP-O is active member of this forum by involving many different ways.

United Nations Development Program – UNDP

UNDP began operations in Sri Lanka in 1967. UNDP’s overarching goal is to support the country in the attainment of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG’s) and the reduction of poverty. UNDP pursues this goal by working closely with the government of Sri Lanka and supporting its agenda and objectives as captured within the framework of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF). Past few years HELP-O has worked with UNDP for the development of community through implemented projects.

International Union of Conservation Nature (IUCN) 

IUCN, International Union for Conservation of Nature, helps the world find pragmatic solutions to our most pressing environment and development challenges. It supports scientific research, manages field projects all over the world and brings governments, non-government organizations, United Nations agencies, companies and local communities together to develop and implement policy, laws and best practice. HELP-O has worked with IUCN in year 2009.

 Central Environment Authority – CEA 

The Central Environmental Authority (CEA) was established in 12th August 1981 under the provision of the National Environmental Act No: 47 of 1980. The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (ME&NR) which was established in December 2001 has the overall responsibility in the affairs of the CEA with the objective of integrating environmental considerations in the development process of the country. The CEA was given wider regulatory powers under the National Environment (Amendment) Acts No: 56 of 1988 and No: 53 of 2000.HELP-O is working with CEA for environment management activities & especially for waste management within Sri Lanka.

 National Solid Waste Management Support Center- (NSWMSC)

The establishment of NSWMSC, which assists local authorities to improve the solid waste management problems, was therefore recommended by THE STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT IN SECONDARY CITIES which was conducted by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) in 2002 and 2003. Keeping the seriousness of the issue in mind, the Ministry of Local Government and Provincial Councils established the National Solid Waste Management Support Center (NSWMSC) in 2007 to meet these difficult problems head-on. HELP-O has completed many biogas projects with the financial support of NSWMSC in local authorities to solve the waste management problems.

The Earth Care Awards is unique and is aimed at highlighting action of direct relevance to India to tackle challenges posed by climate change.The Earth Care Award recognizes the efforts and awards HELP-O (Our mother Organization) Sri Lanka for their city wide activities of solid waste management for reducing methane emission through community participation in Galle city, Sri-Lanka
